Awarded to a senior or RN-BSN student in the School of Nursing who:

- GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Resident of Mississippi

Preference: Given to a resident of one of the following Delta counties: Bolivar, Carroll, Coahoma, Desoto, Holmes, Humphreys, Issaquena, Leflore, Panola, Quitman, Sharkey, Sunflower, Tallahatchie, Tate, Tunica, Warren, Washington, Yazoo
