Awarded to an undergraduate or graduate student in the College of Education, Arts, and Humanities who:

-In Division of Languages and Literature
- Majoring in English or English Education
- Has taken ENG. 220, or published with The Delta Statement, or demonstrated a clear interest in journalism
-Full-Time Attendance
