- Eagle Scout
- Has 20 hours of service to a local troop
- Full-time attendance

1st Preference given to: Eagle Scouts from the Tallaha District
2nd Preference given to: Chickasaw Counsil

Applicant must submit the following:
1) Completed FAFSA
2) Proof of 20 hours of service to a local troop
