Awarded to an incoming undergraduate student who:

- Resides in Coahoma, Panola, Quitman, or Tallahatchie County
-GPA 2.5 or higher
—Full-time attendance

Applicant must submit the following:
1) Completed FAFSA
2) Essay 250 or less on: What has attracted you to Delta State, why is this scholarship necessary, and how do you plan to use your education at Delta State in achieving your career goals?
