Awarded to a student in the College of Business and Aviation who:

-Majoring in Entertainment Industry Studies (BS-EIS)
- Preference to students from the 18-county region of the Mississippi Delta (Bolivar, Carroll, Coahoma, Desoto, Holmes, Humphreys, Issaquena, Leflore, Panola, Quitman, Sharkey, Sunflower, Tallahatchie, Tate, Tunica, Warren, Washington, and Yazoo)
-Good Academic Standing
