Awarded to a student in the College of Business and Aviation who:
- Majoring in CIS, Finance, or Accounting
- US citizen
- Resident of one of the following areas: Mississippi, Mobile, AL, Menphis, TN, or Bermingham, AL
- ACT 22 or higher
- GPA 3.0 or higher

Applicant must submit the following:
1) Completed FAFSA
