Awarded to an undergraduate student in the College of Education, Arts, and Humanities who:

- Majoring in Elementary Education
- Resident of Washington County
-Demonstrates evidence of community service background through church, civic organization or school
- Full-time attendance

Applicant must submit the following:
1) Completed FAFSA
2) Resume
