Awarded to an undergraduate incoming student who:

- Resident of one of the following counties: Bolivar, Carroll, Coahoma, Desoto, Holmes, Humphreys, Issaquena, Leflore, Panola, Quitman, Sharkey, Sunflower, Tallahatchie, Tate, Tunica, Warren, Washington, Yazoo
- Full-time attendance
- Employed or volunteering on or off campus

Applicant must submit the following:
1) Completed FAFSA
2) Resume
