Awarded to an incoming freshman in the College of Education, Arts, and Humanities who:

- Majoring in Liberal Arts
-Exhibits and appreciation for extra-curricular activities
- Full-time attendance
- ACT 29 or higher
-GPA of 3.0 or higher
